We want you to love every MaisonLéa piece. If something isn't right, here's how we can help.

14-Day Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all pouches and cards included. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Final Sale Items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Earrings, for hygiene reasons
- Items marked Final Sale or purchased during a clearance event
- Custom and made-to-order pieces, including lab-grown rings

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at hello@maisonleajewelry.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you. Normal wear and damage from improper care are not considered defects.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, minus shipping costs.

How to Start a Return
Email hello@maisonleajewelry.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. Returns sent without contacting us first cannot be accepted.
