Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Custom and made-to-order pieces, including lab-grown rings, are crafted especially for you and require 3–4 weeks of production before shipping. If your order includes both in-stock and custom items, they may ship separately.

Shipping Rates
- United States: Free shipping on orders over $60. Orders under $60 are charged a flat rate shown at checkout.
- International: We ship worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.

Estimated Delivery Times (after shipping)
Our pieces ship internationally from our studio.
- United States: 7–21 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–25 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or holidays.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
United States: All import duties are included in our prices. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
Other countries: Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order total.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, email us at hello@maisonleajewelry.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, MaisonLéa is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 15 business days, contact us and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.
